Over the 30+ years we've been installing kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms in Sussex and Surrey we've been asked all sorts of questions. Here are just a few of the regular ones we're asked to respond to.
Do you use your own installers?
Yes. We only use subcontractors for specialist trades, all of whom have worked with us a number of years.
How experienced is your company?
We have been on these premises since 1986 and completed over 3000 installations.
Do you carry out all aspects of the work required?
Yes
Do you take all the waste away?
Yes. It is collected in a 'Hippo' type bag, then removed on completion.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, all our installations carry a 2 Year guarantee
Can we use our own plumber/installer?
Yes. However installing a Bathroom, Kitchen or Bedroom requires various trades including plastering, tiling, plumbing and electrical works. You would need to arrange and co-ordinate these tradesmen. In the event of any problem, it may be difficult to identify blame and obtain resolution. When we install, any potential problems are eliminated because we have full control of the project and the staff involved.
